    Irkutsk briefing: added Rospotrebnadzor's 4 October findings (2 COVID-19 and 2 rhinovirus infections among contacts, no plague), the IrCity on-site check that found Irkutsk hospitals No. 1, 3 and 10 not quarantined, and border measures in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan.

  2. Correction

    Marked the reported three-week quarantines at four Irkutsk hospitals as disputed. Only the Shelekhov District Hospital quarantine (from 1 October) is confirmed. The reported Buryatia trip is marked false after the head of Buryatia denied it.
